7083930 Manitoba Ltd. (West End Sobeys) a busy supermarket chain located at 3409 Victoria Ave, Brandon, MB R7B 2L8 urgently requires two (2) Retail Store Supervisors for their store.
Job Description
Job Title: Retail Store Supervisors
Term of Employment: Permanent/Full Time/30- 40 hours per week
Compensation: $21.50 per hour. Overtime after 40 hours per week
Working Conditions: Job involves morning, day, evening, night, Shift, On call, weekend and holiday work.
Languages: English
Education: Applicant must have completed Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 2 year to less than 3 years
Ability to Supervise: 5 to 10 people
Tasks: Assign sales workers to duties, Hire and train or arrange for training of staff, Authorize return of merchandise, Establish work schedules, Sell merchandise, Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters, Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages, Organize and maintain inventory, Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers, Manage cash, Supervise office and volunteer staff
