Job Description
Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor
Term of Employment: Permanent/Full Time/ 30-40 hours per week
Compensation: $31.33 per hour. Overtime after 40 hours per week
Working Conditions: Job involves Early morning, morning, Day, Evening, night, Shift, weekend, overtime and holiday work.
Languages: English
Education: Applicant must have completed Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 7 months to less than 1 years
Ability to Supervise: 3 to 4 people
Tasks: Assign sales workers to duties, Hire and train or arrange for training of staff, authorize return of merchandise, Order merchandise, sell merchandise, Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters, Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers, Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages, Organize and maintain inventory, Establish work schedules, Manage cash
