Working Hours: Early morning, Evening, Shift, Morning, Night, On call, Day, Weekend, Overtime required

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: At least 1 year
Job duties:
Develop specific plans to prioritize; Organize process of incoming and outgoing mail; Organize tasks to accomplish the work; Supervise postal activities; Prepare and submit reports; Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality; Co-ordinate, assign and review work; Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies; Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery; Ensure smooth operation of equipment; Manage the operations of package handling; Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies; Train workers in duties and policies
Security and safety: Bondable and Driver’s validity licence check
Transportation/travel information: Valid driver’s licence

Fast-paced environment; Work under pressure; Attention to detail; Handling heavy loads
