If you do not agree, you must\n      not use PrimeJobBank.\n    <\/p>\n  <\/section>\n\n  <section>\n    <h2>1. Nature of the Platform<\/h2>\n\n    <p>\n      PrimeJobBank is an online platform that allows employers to publish\n      employment opportunities and candidates to search and apply for jobs.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n      PrimeJobBank is not an employer, recruiter, employment agency,\n      immigration representative or party to any employment or recruitment\n      agreement between users.\n    <\/p>\n  <\/section>\n\n  <section>\n    <h2>2. User Accounts<\/h2>\n\n    <p>\n      Users must provide accurate, current and complete information and keep\n      their login credentials confidential. Users are responsible for all\n      activity conducted through their accounts.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n      PrimeJobBank may suspend, restrict or terminate accounts that contain\n      false information, create security risks, violate these Terms or misuse\n      the platform.\n    <\/p>\n  <\/section>\n\n  <section>\n    <h2>3. Candidate Responsibilities<\/h2>\n\n    <p>Candidates are responsible for:<\/p>\n\n    <ul>\n      <li>\n        Ensuring that r\u00e9sum\u00e9s, profiles and applications are accurate;\n      <\/li>\n      <li>\n        Independently verifying employers, recruiters and job opportunities;\n      <\/li>\n      <li>\n        Protecting personal, financial and identification information; and\n      <\/li>\n      <li>\n        Complying with applicable laws and legitimate employer requirements.\n      <\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n\n    <div class=\"pjb-terms-note\">\n      <p>\n        <strong>Important:<\/strong> Candidates must not pay an employer,\n        recruiter, employment agency, intermediary or any person acting on\n        their behalf for a job offer, interview, recruitment, placement,\n        sponsorship, Labour Market Impact Assessment or access to an\n        employment opportunity.\n      <\/p>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <p>\n      Candidates should immediately report requests for money, gift cards,\n      cryptocurrency, banking information or any other financial benefit\n      connected with obtaining employment.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n      PrimeJobBank does not guarantee interviews, employer responses, job\n      offers, employment, wages, work permits, visas, permanent residence or\n      immigration outcomes.\n    <\/p>\n  <\/section>\n\n  <section>\n    <h2>4. Employer and Recruiter Responsibilities<\/h2>\n\n    <p>\n      Employers and recruiters must ensure that all job postings and\n      recruitment communications are lawful, accurate, genuine, current and\n      not misleading.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>Employers and recruiters must not:<\/p>\n\n    <ul>\n      <li>\n        Post fraudulent, discriminatory, unlawful or deceptive opportunities;\n      <\/li>\n      <li>Advertise positions that do not genuinely exist;<\/li>\n      <li>\n        Charge, request, collect, recover or receive, directly or indirectly,\n        any recruitment, placement, job-offer, sponsorship, LMIA or similar\n        fee from a candidate or worker;\n      <\/li>\n      <li>Misuse candidate information or documents;<\/li>\n      <li>\n        Misrepresent wages, duties, location, hours or employment conditions;\n      <\/li>\n      <li>\n        Guarantee immigration approval or government authorization; or\n      <\/li>\n      <li>\n        Use the platform for pyramid schemes, money-transfer schemes or\n        unrelated commercial solicitation.\n      <\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n\n    <p>\n      Employers are solely responsible for hiring decisions, employment\n      agreements, wages, workplace conditions, recruitment practices and\n      compliance with applicable employment, human-rights, privacy,\n      recruitment and immigration laws.\n    <\/p>\n  <\/section>\n\n  <section>\n    <h2>5. Job Postings and User Content<\/h2>\n\n    <p>\n      Users remain responsible for all content they submit. By submitting\n      content, users grant PrimeJobBank a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence\n      to host, display, reproduce, format and distribute the content as\n      reasonably required to operate and promote the platform.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n      PrimeJobBank may review, reject, edit, suspend or remove content that\n      appears false, expired, misleading, unlawful, harmful, unsafe or\n      inconsistent with these Terms.\n    <\/p>\n  <\/section>\n\n  <section>\n    <h2>6. Prohibited Conduct<\/h2>\n\n    <p>Users must not:<\/p>\n\n    <ul>\n      <li>\n        Impersonate another person, employer, recruiter or organization;\n      <\/li>\n      <li>Submit false, incomplete or misleading information;<\/li>\n      <li>\n        Collect, sell, disclose or misuse personal information;\n      <\/li>\n      <li>\n        Introduce malware or interfere with website security or operation;\n      <\/li>\n      <li>\n        Scrape, copy, reproduce or commercially exploit website content\n        without authorization;\n      <\/li>\n      <li>\n        Send spam, threats, harassment or unsolicited promotional messages;\n        or\n      <\/li>\n      <li>\n        Use PrimeJobBank for unlawful, abusive, discriminatory or fraudulent\n        purposes.\n      <\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n  <\/section>\n\n  <section>\n    <h2>7. Fees and Payments<\/h2>\n\n    <p>\n      Any fees charged by PrimeJobBank for website services will be disclosed\n      before purchase. Unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated,\n      fees are non-refundable after the relevant service has been provided or\n      a job posting has been published.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n      Fees charged directly by PrimeJobBank for optional platform services do\n      not authorize employers or recruiters to charge candidates for access to\n      employment.\n    <\/p>\n  <\/section>\n\n  <section>\n    <h2>8. Privacy<\/h2>\n\n    <p>\n      Personal information is handled according to our\n      <a href=\"https:\/\/primejobbank.com\/fr\/privacy-policy\/\">\n        Politique de confidentialit\u00e9\n      <\/a>,\n      which forms part of these Terms.\n    <\/p>\n  <\/section>\n\n  <section>\n    <h2>9. Fraud, Fees and Safety<\/h2>\n\n    <p>\n      Candidates should never pay an employer, recruiter, employment agency or\n      intermediary to obtain a job, interview, job offer, recruitment,\n      placement, sponsorship or LMIA.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n      Users must independently verify employers, recruiters, job offers and\n      recruitment communications. Candidates should not provide passwords,\n      banking credentials, gift cards, cryptocurrency or unnecessary identity\n      or immigration documents in response to an employment request.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n      Suspicious postings, payment requests, impersonation, privacy concerns\n      or unsafe conduct should be reported through our\n      <a href=\"https:\/\/primejobbank.com\/fr\/fraud-and-safety\/\">\n        Fraud and Safety page\n      <\/a>\n      or by contacting PrimeJobBank.\n    <\/p>\n  <\/section>\n\n  <section>\n    <h2>10. Third-Party Services<\/h2>\n\n    <p>\n      PrimeJobBank may contain links to employer websites, external\n      applications and third-party services.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n      We do not control or endorse those services and are not responsible for\n      their content, availability, privacy practices, security or\n      transactions.\n    <\/p>\n  <\/section>\n\n  <section>\n    <h2>11. No Warranties<\/h2>\n\n    <p>\n      PrimeJobBank is provided on an \u201cas is\u201d and \u201cas available\u201d basis.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n      To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee:\n    <\/p>\n\n    <ul>\n      <li>Uninterrupted, secure or error-free operation;<\/li>\n      <li>\n        The identity, accuracy or legitimacy of every user or posting;\n      <\/li>\n      <li>Employment, interviews, wages or employer responses;<\/li>\n      <li>The suitability of any candidate or employer;<\/li>\n      <li>Protection against every possible security threat; or<\/li>\n      <li>\n        Any visa, work permit, permanent residence or immigration outcome.\n      <\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n  <\/section>\n\n  <section>\n    <h2>12. Limitation of Liability<\/h2>\n\n    <p>\n      To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrimeJobBank will not be liable\n      for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive losses\n      arising from use of the platform, interactions between users, employment\n      decisions, payment demands, fraudulent conduct, data loss or third-party\n      services.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n      Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be\n      excluded.\n    <\/p>\n  <\/section>\n\n  <section>\n    <h2>13.
